Feather Edge Fencing in Henleaze

The old fence had been replaced and bodged back together 3 or 4 times over the years, bolted into concrete that had been at the property for over 70 years. After the removal of the concrete and several stumps new post holes were dug to the appropriate depth and concrete posts, gravel boards, and high end panels were installed meaning the client had no need to replace the fence for decades to come.  Gates, trellis and suitable locks were installed around the perimeter to ensure the garden was safe and secure.

Garden Makeover in Redland

“Highly knowledgable and friendly, Tim immediately came up with some great options that would be cost effective & attractive for what I needed. A few days later, I had visual plans and budget breakdowns that easily allowed me to make my decision with confidence. Once on site, his team were great. Their friendly nature and hard efforts allowed my garden, decking and patio to take shape as the days passed and all was completely within the time scale Tim had set. Throughout this time communication was constant so there were never any issues. The final look is fantastic, even better than I had visualised. I truly recommend Stockman Landscaping for you garden and landscaping needs.”

Have you considered having your very own wildlife pond?

A pond is an attractive feature in any garden and, with a little thought about its design and construction, can also be a haven for wildlife. During the past century, nearly 70 percent of ponds have been lost from the UK countryside, meaning garden ponds and water features have an increased importance for wildlife.

Tiered city garden, Montpelier Bristol

We’re proud of the work we do at Stockman Landscaping, and are of course always over the moon to hear that customers are pleased too. Here’s a before and after of a job Tim and team recently completed for Julia in Montpelier:

She said:

“I am very pleased with the work done by Tim Stockman in my small tiered city garden. He had to replace retaining walls and ugly concrete steps that had become dangerous – but he also suggested some nice herringbone brickwork at the base of the steps instead of the old cracked paving which now looks lovely.

Tim gave me a good price for the whole job, and reused bricks where he could, he always kept me posted on progress, and made sure that plants and shrubs I wanted to keep were dug up and potted up out of harms way while the work went on. All the old concrete and debris was taken away at the end, and the garden was left neat and tidy. Despite working in the cold in January, he completed the work on schedule. I’m delighted with the work done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim & his team or use them again when I need landscaping work done.”

Here’s the before and after photos of the work he did:

Nick and Anna said:

“We asked Tim to re-design our garden. We were really pleased with the design he came up with, including a raised bed, and it has made our garden look so much bigger.

We were impressed by his efforts to save the usable bits of fencing, so as to not waste money or resources. Tim was professional, prompt and really hard working, keeping to deadlines despite the dreadful weather we were experiencing at the time. His team were also really pleasant people and we enjoyed having them here. We’re delighted with the end product and happy to recommend him (in fact we already have). We will be using him again when we are ready to start on the front garden!”
